The standard we work to

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We haven't completed a formal audit yet, so some pages may fall short; we fix issues as we find them.

What we do

Real labels on form fields, visible keyboard focus, transcripts for recorded calls, animation that respects your reduced-motion setting, and colours chosen for contrast.
