What it means for your leasing.

Half your demand misses the desk

If replies wait for the morning, almost half of your leads wait too, and some don't.

Night leads are serious leads

They book tours at the same rate as daytime leads. Treating them as low priority leaves tours on the table.

The morning starts with tours, not voicemail

How we counted.

  • Leads with a first inbound message or call to a HappiNest customer over the last 90 days. All-time figures cover every lead to date.
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, in each property's local time. Everything else is after hours.
  • A lead counts as booked when a tour was scheduled from that lead. Calls are counted from when call data starts.
  • Figures are aggregated across customers. No customer, property or renter is identified.
