How does a self-guided tour work?

A renter books a self-guided tour by text, chat, email or phone. HappiNest sends a code that only works for the booked window, the lock's activity shows when the door opened, and the AI follows up after the visit.

Can my team still see and share the code?

Yes. Active codes stay under the lock's recent codes in the app, where your team can copy or share them while they're valid.
