Do renters send documents by text?

No. Renters apply through a secure link, and Happi guides them inside the application. ID, income documents and other sensitive details stay in the application, never in a text thread.

How is it different from pre-qualification?

Pre-qualification happens in the first conversation and gathers information, such as move-in date, budget, income and pets, without blocking anyone. Screening starts when the renter applies.

Is screening part of my plan?

No. Screening is priced at cost, separate from your per-door plan. Pre-qualification is included in both plans.
